Any substance use disorder treatment facility is only as good as the staff it employs. Treatment is all about helping each other grow. The staff at New Directions is extremely dedicated and experienced and passionate about helping others achieve their goals.
Some staff members have worked at the program for in excess of 20 years. Many have been with us for over 10 years. It is this stability and experience that help make New Directions special.
Many staff members are graduates of New Directions. They bring their own life experiences with them to work each day. They work here for a paycheck of course. But they also remain here because they are passionate about helping others find what they have found: Sobriety, happiness, productivity, accomplishment, success, independence, healthy relationships with family and friends. Making a difference in the lives of many others.
