IMPORTANT NEW SUD TREATMENT INFORMATION

Alcohol and Drug Awareness Program, doing business as New Directions, located at 1981 Cherokee Road in Stockton, California, is licensed by the California Department of Health Care Services and is a Medi-Cal Provider.

The Level of Care is 3.1 and 3.5 for Residential Care. Withdrawal Management is Level 3.2. Levels 1.0 outpatient and 2.1 Intensive Outpatient Services are pending at this time.

New Directions is a non-profit drug and alcohol program that focuses on addressing substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders in adult Women and Men. New Directions partners with outside agencies to provide additional support in areas such as parenting, nutrition, mental health, domestic violence, human trafficking, vocational training and employment and other agencies that may benefit those we serve.

Evidence-based curriculums include substance education, relapse prevention, trauma informed care, mental health, wellness, and family groups. MAT services are available by referral and accepted with an outside provider.

Onsite child and family visits are permitted.

All Counselors are certified by an approved AOD agency. Staff includes an LPHA and Medical Doctor.
